Start with the product behaviour and the concentration step you need to resolve.

Fruit and vegetable finishing duties

Rising concentration, fibre and changing rheology can motivate evaluation of an additional finishing step. Record the product quality limits and the preparation of the feed; a fruit name is not a complete equipment specification.

Extract and ingredient concentration

Identify composition, suspended material, deposit behaviour and the purpose of the concentrate. Where quality depends on volatile or sensitive components, agree analytical and sensory criteria before defining the process conditions.

Products with suspended or forming solids

Distinguish material already present in the feed from crystals or precipitates that may form later. Characterise passage, suspension, abrasion and cleaning requirements. These duties require product-specific engineering rather than an unrestricted high-solids claim.

Choose the evidence for your application

A useful proposal links the intended duty to a flow diagram, property data, equipment configuration and acceptance method. Model identification and photographs should be supplied with the actual project offer. The illustrated modules here explain the enquiry scope.

External heater

Add heat under pressure. In the common non-boiling heater arrangement, pressure in the circuit limits boiling within the heater. Heat is added before the liquid enters the flash zone. Tube or plate geometry is selected from product behaviour and pressure-drop constraints, rather than the circulation label alone.

Concentrate discharge package

Control the product leaving the loop. Withdrawal and fresh feed must remain consistent with the water-removal duty and circulating inventory. The discharge equipment is selected for final concentrate properties, which may differ substantially from feed properties.

Controls, sampling & CIP interfaces

Observe the limits; validate the clean. A useful control philosophy connects each process risk to a measurement and response. Loss of circulation, feed interruption or a changing vacuum needs a defined action. The cleaning boundary must include the pump and every product-contact part of the loop.
