Forced circulation for fruit concentrate finishing
Define a fruit-concentrate finishing duty from measured rheology, pulp content, temperature history and product-quality requirements.
Define the finishing requirement
Describe the fruit preparation, upstream concentration step and desired final product. A finishing loop may be evaluated when rising viscosity or suspended material changes the upstream process limit. Establish that limit with measurements rather than selecting equipment from the fruit name.
Protect the product through the whole loop
Include the effect of repeated pump passes and circulating inventory in the quality review. Agree colour, flavour or other relevant acceptance criteria and the conditions under which samples will be taken. Record viscosity at final concentration and process temperature.
Clarify discharge and cleaning
Review whether the concentrated product can be withdrawn, transferred and drained under the intended conditions. Supply pulp or fibre information and a cleaning basis. Confirm how upstream variability reaches the finishing stage.
