Material suitability review for forced circulation

Build an engineering questionnaire around viscosity, suspended solids, quality, fouling and utilities.

Describe the conditions you know. The result is a list of questions for engineering review, not an automatic machine recommendation.

How each condition changes the review

Observed conditionReview before selectingEvidence to request
Viscosity rises at targetLoop pressure loss, pumpability and a possible finishing stageProperty curve at process temperature and cold restart condition
Particles, fibres or crystalsPassage, suspension, abrasion and repeated shearSize distribution, solids loading and representative trial
Heat-sensitive productInventory and residence history through every stageProduct-quality acceptance and temperature/time evidence
Fouling in existing equipmentMechanism, deposit location and cleaning recoveryDuty trend, inspected deposits and cleaning test
Limited electrical servicePump, vacuum, recompression and start-up loadsOperating power schedule on the same evaporation duty

A review list is not a suitability approval

The questionnaire identifies relevant engineering questions. It cannot establish a pump curve, allowable product shear, cleanability or a guaranteed concentration. Use representative measurements and trials where uncertainty affects equipment selection.
